A team of 6 Bowden Junior Girls attended the Lightning Finals Day at Loughborough University on Saturday.  They played three matches against a strong Gedling (Notts) team.  Some great cricket was played today and although they did not win, the progress over the season is great to see, testament to the great coaching they get from the coaches on a Friday.  Well done to Ruby, Carys, Claudia, Isabella, Grace K and Rachel.  An added bonus was entry to Loughborough Lightning vs Lancashire Thunder and the girls provided the guard of honour.  Lightning went on to win the game.
