Bowden U13a suffered a disappointing defeat away to Weldon.  Batting first on a difficult wicket, Bowden didn’t manage to calm their attacking nature which resulted in being bowled out for only 47.  Sam Stephenson and Luke Ainsworth were the highest scorers with 11 and 10 respectively.  In reply, despite some initial tight bowling from Sam Haynes-Coote and Finn Carnduff Weldon managed to pass the score with some comfort, losing four wickets.
