Bowden Sunday Friendly Side

Bowden’s Sunday friendly team travelled to nearby Fleckney. Bowden batted first and were bowled out for 145. Sam Gomez top scoring with 33, with notable contributions from Simon Hobbs (30) and Jamie Lord (28).

Fleckney chased down the Bowden total for the loss of two wickets. M. Dunkley (99*) just one run short of his century.  Geoff Norris (1-21) and a first senior wicket for Tom Fortnum (1-19) the wicket takers for Bowden. Ben Fraser unlucky not to reap any rewards from his bowling.
