Bowden won the toss and decided to bowl. An impressive display from the Bowden bowling attack. Joe Pearson taking two wickets from two overs for just two runs. Thomas Ainsworth with a double wicket maiden. Wickets for Freddy Verbruggen, Aiden Bartholomew and Seb Fernandes-Smith.

A special mention for new starters Henry Brammer and Lewis Fortnum who were impressive.

Luke Barwick, excellent again as keeper helped restrict Barton Seagrave to 198.

Barton couldn't show the discipline that Bowden demonstrated, the wides assisting the Bowden total. Fine displays from Freddy Verbruggen (15 runs and 2 fours), Seb Fernandes-Smith (13  runs with 3 fours), Aidan Bartholomew (10 runs, 1 four) and Joe Pearson  (6 runs and 1 four) gave Bowden a massive win of 318 runs. Henry Brammer and Lewis Fortnum should be congratulated for helping Bowden to victory.
