Bowden's First Team travelled to Geddington II and came away with a comfortable 137 run victory.
Put into bat, Bowden, openers Anthony Paton (42) and Karl Pollard (37) gave them a solid start, before Charlie Standley (76) and Alex Frith (42), put the Geddington bowling attack to the sword, to enable a declaration to be made at 266-8.
Geddington's reply also started well, with Templeman hitting 50, before spinner Daniel Masic got amongst the wickets. Masic claimed 4 top order batsmen for 12 runs, taking the heart out of the Geddington innings. Ben Wade (3 for 30) and Steve Bellamy (2 for 14) gave good support as the home side were dismissed for just 129.
