Bowden batted first and reached an under par 78 thanks mainly to a patient 27 from marcus grey and a quirky 22 from henry linsell.some spirited running in the final over lifted the total crucially.Langtons made a steady start to their innings due to an excellent spell of bowling by marcus grey .wickets fell at regular intervals as the bowlers kept the langtons tied down.the final over to be bowled by skipper euan hackett saw langtons needing 5 to win ,the captain led from the front,conceding just 2 runs and seeing his side home.A good performance by all 5 bowlers.
