The u13xi took on Burton Latimer on an autumnal like evening at Bowden. Burton batted first and amassed an imposing total of 127-3 off 18 overs. It was a rather flat fielding/bowling from Bowden with mis-fields and dropped catches, which the Burton batters took advantage of. Wickets taken by Finn and Will Colman and Theo Mercer, who also took an absolute screamer of a catch. 

In reply Bowden slumped to 11-4 and 45-9 and were staring down the barrel. There then followed an entertaining last wicket stand of 35 in the last 5 overs between Fynn Colley 34 not out and Dylan Pearson 12 not out to bring a bit more respectability to the score. Bowden going down by 47 runs to a very strong Burton side.
