Bowden travelled to Geddington on a lovely sunny evening
hoping to get their first win of the season. Geddington asked Bowden to bat,
posting 93-5 off their 18 overs, thanks to Freddie Wilson 30 retired out and 20
from Theo Mercer.
Bowden then bowled and fielded well restricting Geddington
to 34 all out with wickets shared between Finn Colman, James Parry, Fynn
Colley, Dylan Pearson, George Williams and two each for Theo Mercer and Charlie
Rodgers. The fielding was nice and tight with sharp catches by Williams, Colley
and Mercer and a direct hit run out from Will Colman.
A good win by the team, which will hopefully give confidence
for the coming games.
