Match report The first home game of the season for Bowden U13s brought their first win of the season. Playing against Langtons, Bowden outplayed them in every part of the game. Langtons batted first and were restricted to 63 for 4 by some very good Bowden bowling and fielding. An excellent bowling performance from Will Lee (3-2-1-2) was well supported by Tom Reeve (4-1-12-0 ), Matt Sayles (4-0-17-1) and Josh Fraser (2-0-4-1). When Bowden came out to bat they attacked the total from the off. Matt Sayles, with a stroke makers 17 not out, was aided by the big hitting duo of George Thornton (14) and Tim Waterfield (13 not out), this ensured the game finished quickly, and Bowden enjoyed their win.
