There are only a few rules that each manager must follow when selecting their side.

• Each player has been given a player rating, based on their performances last year (for example our 1st XI captain, Tony Roberts has a rating of 1,000).
• No fantasy side can have a total rating exceeding 7,000.
• Players who are registered to play for Bowden CC are all included, but please remember, some may not play for the club this year. This means that they won’t earn points but of course they won’t lose any points either!
• Only Saturday Northants League and Sunday’s friendly fixtures qualify.
• Points won or lost in abandoned games will count.

• Each fantasy side must consist of:

            5 Batsmen
            2 All Rounders
            1 Wicket Keeper 
            3 Bowlers
            Each team must contain at least 2 junior members 

A team(s) selected by a playing member must include himself in his fantasy side. For example, the fantasy side picked by Bowden's 2^nd XI captain, Simon Linsell, must include himself in his side.

• Please select a Team Name for your fantasy side
• The 1st XI, 2nd XI and Sunday Captain’s decisions are final when it comes to recording dropped catches (this is important when you see how the points system works)
• Each week, the fantasy cricket league page on the Bowden CC website will be updated with the player points and the fantasy league table so that you can track your side’s performance.
• Entry forms must be completed and returned together with payment (£10 per side) to Simon Linsell by Sunday 23rd May.
• Publication of the first league standing and player points will be made shortly after Monday 24th May.

What points can my fantasy team earn each week?

Each week the players will win or lose points based on their performances in the matches on Saturdays and Sundays. These points will be added to your team’s overall total and tracked throughout the season. The manager whose side ends the season with the highest number of points is the winner (if two or more sides achieve the highest total the title and prize money will be shared).
