Cricket Teas for 2012 - are you the next Delia Smith?

After some years, Ann Gartside who has been keeping the 1st, 2nd and Sunday XIs well fed with her excellent teas during the season, has decided to call it a day.

For the 2012 season we're going to be looking for a new 'Teas Lady'.

If there is a budding Delia Smith out there who fancies "donning a pinny" then Bowden CC would ask that you contact Rob Gomez (Chairman) on 07738 629827 to discuss the role and payment.

For an idea of what's required:

approximately 22 Saturday matches throughout the season from mid-April to mid- September
approixamtely 15 Sunday matches throughout the season from early-May to early September
catering for about 25 heads (22 players + umpires and scorer) each match

The committee wishes to take the opportunity to express its sincere thanks to Ann and her husband for their efforts and superb teas over the last few seasons.
