***Bowden CC winter cricket nets have started at the Rutland Cricket Centre*** 

The net sessions will run for the next 11 weeks from 7:15-9:15 every Tuesday night. 

The first session was well attended with members dusting off their cricket bats and gloves for their first training session of the 2022 season. The bowling machine was in full use for the 2 hour session give the batters a real chance to hone their techniques. 

Anthony Paton (Director of Cricket) has commented "The first net session was well attended with players looking to improve their game prior to the 2022 season. Prospective members are very much welcome and please do get in contact if you are interested in social or competitive cricket."

Bowden CC offer members winter and summer training with professional coaching every week. The cricket season starts in April and these winter nets are great to get back into cricket after a few months (or years) out of the game.
