Bowden U11’s romped home to a 73 run victory against Loddington and Mawsley. Put into bat, Bowden racked up 73 runs. Freddie Vebruggen was the star of the show with an impressive 21 runs not out and four 4’s. Oliver Howland contributed 8 runs from 2 boundaries. Jensen Colley and Dylan Pearson impressed on debut.  

Bowden were impressive in their bowling once again. Captain Joe Pearson took 7 wickets from his three overs, Jensen Colley impressed with an opening maiden and then a wicket maiden, and Oliver Howland bowled an opening maiden and only gave away 1 run in his 2nd over. Freddy Verbruggen bowled a superb three overs with 1 maiden and only  6 runs.  All in all a fine display from a revitalised Bowden side.
